Ali Prichard
Assistant Coach
Ali Prichard begins her second season as an assistant coach at North Dakota State University. Primary responsibilities will be coordinating the Bison recruiting efforts and overseeing equipment administration. Prichard will also be assisting with perimeter and post player development, and in scouting and game preparation.
Prichard was promoted in July 2010 after working as the director of operations for two seasons for the Bison.
"Ali has ran away with her role as a recruiting coordinator. We are energized with the direction our recruiting has taken under the leadership of Ali. She will take on a larger role in game scout and on the floor coaching this year," said Bison head coach Carolyn DeHoff.
A native of Apple Valley, Minn., Prichard was a four-year letterwinner and two-year starter for Princeton University from 2004-08. She was team captain as a senior and tied the school's career record for games played (112).
Prichard graduated with her bachelor's degree in psychology in June 2008. She wrote an 80-page senior thesis on coaching behaviors and philosophies based on in-depth interviews of 17 Princeton University head coaches.
Prichard was a three-sport letterwinner in basketball, tennis and softball all four years at Apple Valley High School. She was voted the school's Female Athlete of the Year in 2004. Prichard was a member of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top five percent of her class.
Prichard is pursuing her master's degree in sports leadership and pedagogy at NDSU.
Keith Dickhudt
Director of Basketball Operations
Keith Dickhudt was named women’s basketball director of operations at North Dakota State University in May 2011.
““Keith has already made an impact in our program. His ability to reach out to the public through social media certainly shows in the numbers we had attend our Bison Buddies (255) in October. He brings great balance to our staff and works well with our student-athletes off the court,” said Bison head coach Carolyn DeHoff.
A native of St. Paul, Minn., Dickhudt worked for five seasons under former NDSU coach Tim Miles and curent head coach Saul Phillips as a student manager and graduate assistant manager before being promoted to video coordinator for the men’s basketball program.
After leaving NDSU, Dickhudt spent the 2010-11 season as an assistant coach for the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith men’s basketball program. He was in charge of post players, video exchange, and assisting with recruiting and academics for the Lions.
Dickhudt earned his a bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a minor in coaching from North Dakota State in 2008 and his master’s degree in mass communications from NDSU in 2010.
While at NDSU, Dickhudt served as the youth basketball camp coordinator. He also worked as the assistant editor-in-chief and sports editor for university’s student newspaper, The Spectrum.

Jaime Berry
Assistant Coach
Jaime Berry begins her fourth season as an assistant coach at North Dakota State University. Primary responsibilities will involve scheduling, the development, coordination, and implementation of a scouting and game preparation plan. Berry will also oversee film exchange, assist in recruiting and on the court will train the perimeter players.
"Jaime is a constant in our program. She provides great insight, especially in the areas of practice and games. She will take a larger role in scout and game file this year. I am confident she will do a great job," said Bison head coach Carolyn DeHoff.
"Every program that Jaime has been affiliated with has been a success. She knows and understands the commitment to develop winners; Jaime's background lends itself well to the coaching philosophy at NDSU."
Berry spent two seasons as a graduate assistant at the University of South Dakota. The Coyotes, 33-2 overall, advanced to the 2008 NCAA Division II national championship game. USD won the North Central Conference title.
The former NDSU standout was named to the 2001 Daktronics Division II All-America third team. She was a two-time All-NCC performer and landed a spot on the 2000 NCAA Division II All-North Central Region tournament team. Berry was a starter on the 2000 NCAA Division II national runner-up team.
On the NDSU career charts, Berry is No. 9 in free throw shooting, No. 10 in free throws made and No. 20 in scoring.
A native of Watertown, S.D., Berry was a three-time Class AA All-State selection for the Arrows. She was the 1996 Class AA Sprit of Su Award winner, which is based on athletic, academic and community achievement and the highest honor bestowed on a high school basketball player.
Berry graduated from NDSU in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in physical education, and earned her master's degree from USD.

Deanne Stevenson
Assistant Coach
Deanne Stevenson begins her second season as an assistant coach at North Dakota State University. Primary responsibilities will involve working directly with the post players, supervising the strength and conditioning of the student-athletes, assist in marketing and public relations concerning the program, assist sports information, and assist in scouting of opponents and recruitment.
Stevenson was named assistant women's basketball coach in October 2010 at North Dakota State University. She spent one month as director of operations before stepping into a vacancy on the staff.
"Our system at North Dakota State is similar to the one Deanne (Stevenson) played under at the University of Utah. The transition to on court coaching seemed only natural," said NDSU head coach Carolyn DeHoff.
Stevenson was a former player at the University of Utah when Coach DeHoff served as an assistant and associate head coach under Elaine Elliott. Stevenson was a member of the 2006 NCAA Elite Eight team that lost to eventual national champion Maryland. She competed in four NCAA tournaments in her five years at Utah.
At the conclusion of Stevenson's sophomore year she was awarded a medical hardship due to a career-ending injury. She worked 10 hours per week in the women's basketball office, while also gaining valuable administration and camp experience. Stevenson did return to the basketball court after submitting a waiver to the NCAA to restore her eligibility.
Highly-organized, Stevenson not only competed during the regular basketball season but also kept up with a demanding class and internship schedule. She was a marketing intern for the Utah athletic department and USA Team Handball.
Stevenson also worked game management with the Salt Lake Bees, and conducted interviews and wrote feature stories for Utah's athletic web page.
Deanne and her husband, Jeff, reside in Fargo. She earned a bachelor's degree in mass communication in May 2008 and another bachelor's degree in parks, recreation and tourism in August 2009.
Stevenson graduated from Alta High School in Sandy, Utah. She was named the Deseret News and Salt Lake Tribune 5A MVP in 2004 and also voted the school's Female Athlete of the Year in 2004.
